Wow! It was an amazing turn out last night. Thank you to all the families that were able to join us on our Meet the Teacher night. We appreciate your patience as we experienced unexpected and overwhelming support for our school with the book fair sales, spirit wear sales, school council sign up, Lindsay fair participation, and popsicle purchases.
It was great to see so many of our families out and to socialize in a way that we have not been able to in the past couple of years. The support of the Jack Callaghan Community is amazing!
If you were unable to attend, we don’t want you to miss out on all the amazing things that were happening here. Here is what was going on:
Book Fair
The book fair will be open until the end of second recess tomorrow. So if your child would like to purchase something from the book fair, they will need to bring their money in tomorrow. However if you would rather order online, simply click on this link to order book fair items.
Jack Callaghan Scholastic Book Fair

For families wishing to purchase Jack Callaghan Spirit Wear, please see the Order form sheet below. Spirit wear orders are due by September 23rd.
School Council
If you are interested in joining the School Council please click on this link to sign up, we would love to have you join us.
Lindsay Fair
If you missed getting your Lindsay Fall Fair Tags at our Meet the Teacher Night then please send an email to Mrs. Cameron by Thursday September 15th at [email protected] with your child’s name, their teacher’s name and the number of tags you require. The tags will be sent home with your child. Parents will be responsible for delivering and picking up their child’s items from the fair. Delivery for Craft items – Monday September 19th (3:00-8:00pm)
Delivery for Flowers and Vegetables and Farm Produce – Tuesday September 20th (3:00-7:45pm)
Parents need to pick up items on Monday September 26th (10:00-7:00pm). Prize money will be delivered to schools mid-October.

Terry Fox
I would like to thank all those who bought Terry Fox t-shirts or tickets for our Terry Fox t-shirt raffle. A special thank you goes out to Jacob Disher for donating home-made jewelry which was sold to support the Terry Fox fundraising initiative. The run is September 23rd!
Last night reminded us how lucky we are to be part of this amazing school community.
